What Is a Subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes data as part of delivering our product or services. We list them here for transparency, so you know exactly who is involved and what they do.
Current Subprocessors
Paddle
Purpose: Merchant of record for licence sales since 18 September 2026: payment, tax, invoicing and refunds; and the current prices shown on this website
Data processed: Email address, name, billing country and postcode, payment details (held by Paddle, not by us); the IP address of a visitor viewing prices, to work out their country
Role: Paddle sells the licence to you as reseller and is responsible for the payment data it collects.

Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing for purchases made before 18 September 2026
Data processed: Email address, transaction details, payment card information (held by Stripe, not by us)

DigitalOcean
Purpose: Hosting
Data processed: Data held by the services we host

Cloudflare
Purpose: Hosting and security
Data processed: Web traffic, and data held by the services we host

Twilio (SendGrid)
Purpose: Email delivery
Data processed: Email addresses and message content

Open-Meteo
Purpose: Weather data
Data processed: Approximate location, with no identifier
Privacy policy: open-meteo.com/en/terms
OpenWeather
Purpose: Weather data in the Pro edition, when you add your own OpenWeather key
Data processed: The location you set, sent from your computer with your key
