A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes data as part of delivering our product or services. We list them here for transparency, so you know exactly who is involved and what they do.
Current Subprocessors
Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing
Data processed: Email address, transaction details, payment card information (held by Stripe, not by us)
Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
Twilio (SendGrid)
Purpose: Transactional email delivery
Data processed: Email address, email content (licence keys, support confirmations)
Privacy policy: twilio.com/legal/privacy
Cloudflare
Purpose: Website hosting and security
Data processed: Web traffic metadata (handled transiently for security; not stored by us)
Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Vimeo
Purpose: Embedded product videos
Data processed: None — privacy-enhanced mode is used; no viewer tracking
Privacy policy: vimeo.com/privacy
OpenWeather
Purpose: Weather data for the Pro edition weather widget
Data processed: Approximate location coordinates sent with API requests
