Cookie Policy
We don't use cookies to track you. No marketing cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party advertising cookies. Ever.

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They're commonly used for tracking, remembering preferences, and serving targeted advertising. We don't do any of that.
Cookies on nexustelemetry.com
Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not set any first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, or user profiling.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management and security purposes. This is a technical cookie required to protect our website from malicious traffic. It does not track you across sites, does not contain personal information, and expires within 30 minutes of inactivity. Under UK and EU cookie regulations, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Website Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookie-free analytics to understand how our website is used (e.g. which pages are visited most). Our analytics solution does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across sites or sessions. All data is aggregated and anonymous. No consent banner is required because no cookies are set.
Product Videos
Product videos on our website are served from our own storage on Cloudflare and played by your browser's built-in player. No third-party video service is embedded, no cookies are set, and no viewing data is shared with anyone.
Prices
Pages that show prices ask Paddle, our merchant of record, for the current price in your currency. The request sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. Paddle's retention and analytics script is blocked on our website.
Account Site and Checkout
The account site at account.nexustelemetry.com, where you buy a licence and manage your licences, sets two cookies of its own. Both are strictly necessary or remember a choice you made, and neither tracks you:
- •nc_session: keeps you signed in after you use a sign-in link or code. It lasts 15 minutes on the account site and is deleted when you sign out.
- •lang: remembers the language you chose. It lasts one year.
The payment form on the buy pages is provided by Paddle. Paddle sets the cookies it needs to take a payment and prevent fraud, inside that form only, under its own cookie notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy).
Cookies in the Nexus Telemetry Desktop Application
The Nexus Telemetry desktop application does not use cookies. It is a native application that stores its configuration locally on your device using standard application settings files. No browser cookies, tracking pixels, or web beacons are used.
Third-Party Cookies
We do not permit any third-party advertising, remarketing, or tracking cookies on our website or in our application. The only third-party cookies are those Paddle sets inside its payment form when you buy a licence.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever need to introduce cookies (for example, to support a new feature), we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
